A couple of weeks ago I got introduced to a skincare brand I haven't heard about before.

IKARI, they usually produce skin care products like eye creams, moisturizers, serums, etc,.. but now they've come out with a mineral makeup line.

The line consists of a foundation, a concealer, a blush and a kabuki brush.

IKARI Skin Experts chose for a mineral line because they don't contain any preservatives, therefor they're better for your skin.

The mineral makeup let's the skin breath and feels really light.

The products I like the most is the foundation. I usually don't like anything powdery so I would definitely never use a powder foundation. So I thought.. When you buff it in to the skin, I used the IKARI kabuki brush, it feels really light. Your face doesn't turn matte and I LOVE that.

I like to look glowy and dewy, don't we all.

When you've applied it it takes 10 to 15 minutes until you get a nice glow, it is really thin, so it's perfect for a natural everyday look.

The concealer I like less, just because I'm really picky when it comes to that. I feel it's not light enough for my skin tone, and they only have one color.

The consistency is also really light and thin. Don't expect a lot of coverage.

They have 2 blushes, one warm toned and one cool toned.

I got the cool toned one.

I've never had a loose blush, so I was kinda hesitant on how to use it. I just used a normal blush brush and tapped it of real good.

It gave me a soft natural flush, but you can also make it stronger if you would like.

The last thing in the collection is the kabuki brush, this is honestly the softest kabuki i've ever touched. It is nice and dense, perfect for applying the foundation.

In short, I was pleasantly surprised with this mineral makeup line. I never thought I would have liked a powder product this much.

Thumbs up IKARI!
